It was a 1-day event in Lancaster, PA where Andy Stanley and Craig Groeschel took turns spitting out leadership nugget after leadership nugget for 5 hours. It was awesome being there and learning from 2 of the best teachers around. During lunch time, I went outside to the lobby and purchased Andy's book "Ask It: The Question That Will Revolutionize How You Make Decisions."You can pick up the book here. This book blew me away.
